Why Baltimore for Your Student Years?
Baltimore is the economic and cultural hub of Maryland. Many of the old industrial areas of Baltimore, including the dockland areas, have undergone significant urban renewal work and gentrification in recent years. The waterfront that enabled the growth of Baltimore as a seafaring and trading community is now a beautiful attraction for visitors and residents alike, drawn to the shops, restaurants and attractions such as the National Aquarium and Maryland Science Center. Baltimore has all the modern amenities you'd expect from a city. Getting around Baltimore is easy. The bus network is excellent, and there is also a small light rail network and a subway line.
